Return and Refund Policy

At Mobiles Accessories, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Parcel Opening Video Requirement

For any return or refund claim to be considered, customers must record a clear, unedited video while opening the parcel, starting from the sealed package to fully unboxing the product. This video is mandatory proof and must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel/package before opening
  • The unboxing process without cuts or pauses
  • The condition of the product upon opening

⚠️ Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted, and no return or refund will be processed.

2. Eligibility for Return or Refund 

  • Damaged or Broken Product: If the product is received damaged or broken due to mishandling during transit from our source to your destination, you are eligible for a return and refund — provided the opening video is submitted.
  • Change of Mind: Returns or refunds will not be accepted if you simply do not like the product, change your mind, or no longer want it. Products must be reported as damaged/broken to qualify.

3. How to Claim a Return or Refund

  1. Record the mandatory parcel opening video as described above.
  2. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp at 0323-7605673.
  3. Send us the opening video along with your order details (order number, name, contact number).
  4. Our team will review the video and verify the damage claim.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your claim is verified and approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or as otherwise agreed with our team.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We will not accept return or refund requests in the following cases:

  • No opening video provided
  • Product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery by the customer
  • Change of mind or personal preference (not liking the product)
  • Claim reported after the allowed reporting window
